PHOTO REQUIREMENTS:

- Preferably in
Raw Format, but will consider high resolution 300 dpi – in .jpg format |

- Dog must be
well-groomed |
|
|
- In full gait
motion |
|
|
- One front leg
must be fully extended |
|
|
- Crisp, Clear -
showing face and especially their gorgeous eyes (at least one eye) |
|
|
- No or minimal
obstruction of leg and face (--i.e., tall grass, flowers, leaves,
shadows, splashes of water, toys, etc.) |
|
|
- No side view |
|
|
- No straight on
view |
|
|
- Slightly angled
shot from just side of dog (if facing the dog straight on, take 2-3
steps to the left or right - as if you’re photographing their neck) |
|
|
- Photo Must be as
close to same level as dog or lower (--i.e., no photo shooting down at
the dog) |
|
|
- On darker
colored dogs, a light spritzing of water helps to portray a high-gloss
coat (do not soak the dog
– cannot use wet dogs as it lays the coat down too flat
and eliminates the 3D effect) |
|
|
- As cute as
puppies all are – only adult dogs will be considered |
NOTE: Actually,
photos submitted from the confirmation ring provides for the perfect gait,
no obstructions, and are in top form with coat.
